Early designs for the F-134 called for augmented vacuum production for the PCV system. To that end a Dual Action Fuel/Vacuum Pump was spec'ed with vacuum being created to help the motor's own production.
In this lower photo, on the right, you can see the vacuum line coming from the PCV Valve to the manifold.
